Our check-in office is located in our main shop building. Full payment is due at check-in.
We do not guarantee specific slip assignments.
We only guarantee reservations for the vessel's LOA that is listed on file. Please be sure that the LOA on your invoice is correct, and includes the pulpit, bowsprit, swim platform, dinghy, davits, and/or any equipment.
Late check-outs may be available with advance notice, and are charged as an hourly slip beginning at check-out time.
All vessels must be adequately insured.
We must be advised if your vessel will be left unattended overnight.
Heads are not permitted to be pumped out while vessels are in a slip.
Laundry is not permitted to be hung out to dry on docks or vessels.
No grills or open flames are allowed on the docks nor vessels.
Reservations invoices are due at time of check-in.
We reserve the right to require a deposit for any reservation.
Cancellation notifications must be received 3 days or more in advance of your scheduled check-in date. For groups of five or more boats, cancellation notifications must be received 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled check-in date.
We require all cancellations in writing, via email.
Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a one-night charge.
We offer no refunds for early departures.
